Information For Animators

Seminar :-
The Seminar for all Animators shall be conducted in Kos - Greece . This seminar is free of charge for all participants, and includes full-board accommodation. However, a deposit of € 250,- shall be taken for the seminar, and this deposit shall be returned "in full" to the animator with his last salary in October.
It is expected that all participants bring enough money for personal expenses, to last them for the entire duration of the seminar, which could be to up to four weeks. For further details please read the contract carefully.
Island and Places of Assignment For Animators:-
The Hotel and Island of assignment for each Animator shall be decided in Greece, only after the abilities, languages and qualities of each Animator have been analyzed by the selection Committee of RAM International.
Languages:-
The Languages expected to be spoken by the Animator, at the Hotel of assignment, shall be mainly English and German. Therefore, although it is not expected for the Animator to master the languages "perfectly", it is necessary that the Animator is capable of expressing him/herself in these two languages.
Additional languages mastered by the Animator are preferred.
Clothes:-
During the Evening:
As all the Hotels of Assignments for the Animators are 4-5 Star Hotels, it is extremely important that the clothes expected to be worn are "Decent Casuals".
It is forbidden to wear a T-shirt, Scruffy Jeans Sneakers or sandals in the evenings.
During the day:
It is expected to wear a T-shirt, decent shorts and sneakers.
It is forbidden to wear sandals, a Bikini or swimming-trunks, unless an event is being conducted at the pool or in the ocean. Ear-rings shall be worn on "ears" only, and shall not be worn on any other visible part of the body. It is also forbidden to shave off the hair on the head, at any time while under contract.
Accommodation:-
Rooms shall be provided either in or outside the Hotel during the Seminar, and also during the entire period of the contract. These rooms shall be shared with other colleagues, and shall have private facilities for the use of the Animators.
Duties and Time of Work:-
The assignments of the Animators shall consist of Sports, Games, Entertainment, Child Care and promotion of the evening programs during the day. All Animators shall help and participate in the Shows and Evening Programs.
The working times shall be flexible as per the needs of the Hotel, and shall be carried out approximately 8 hours a day.
Behavior:-
It is expected that the Animators shall behave well, and shall under no circumstances be involved in a confrontation of any sort with any person during the entire period of the contract. It is expected that all confrontations shall be avoided, irrelevant of the fact, as to who is right or wrong.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS IT DESIRED TO FIND AN ANIMATOR UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CONSUME, RECEIVE OR DEAL IN ANY WAY WITH DRUGS OR ANY INTOXICANTS OF ANY SORT. A violation of this clause is considered "A CRIME" and the individual shall be reported and handed over to the Local Police immediately.
Salaries:-
Animators shall receive their salaries within the 15 th . day of the following month, in cash or transfer to a local bank in the country where the Hotel is located.
Tickets:-
All flight tickets to and from the destination of work shall be managed as per contract.
Insurances:-

All insurance papers as per the contract are to be provided on signing the contract.
