RAM Universal is a Greek establishment, founded in 1991, with its Head offices in Thessaloniki, Cyprus & Dubai.

We have main offices for recruiting Staff, in:- AUSTRIA - HOLLAND - GREECE – SLOVAKIA – ITALY - RUSSIA.

We have been providing professional staff for over 18 years, to many popular Holiday Resorts throughout Europe, especially in Greece, in the domains of :

  • Animation, Entertainment, Sports

  • Personnel for “all departments” in Holiday Resorts such as Restaurants, Bars, House-keeping, Tour Guides, Receptionists, Translators etc.

RAM Universal provides Human Resources to Holiday Resorts, in 2 optional manners, as per the needs of the Holiday Resort.

  • Students on Practical training from the RAM Universal Academy of Hospitality Management, which is located in Thessaloniki, Greece.
    or
  • Staff on assignment by transfer from our sister company R. A. Management Co. Ltd. in Cyprus.

In both cases the staff or students are registered with the Greek authorities, and are legally insured by us.

  • We provide Hotels with Animators for Day and Evening Entertainment.
  • We select and Provide Sports Personnel for Holiday Resorts - (Aerobics & Fitness Instructors, Water-Sport Instructors, Tennis Teachers, Masseurs etc.)
  • We set up Complete Day and Evening Entertainment- (Animation Programs, (including Land Sports and Fitness Activities).
  • Consultancy to Hotels in the domain of Animation, Entertainment and Sports.


Our Personnel :-
We have Highly Qualified MULTILINGUAL Personnel, (English, German, Italian, French, Dutch, Russian, Czechoslovakian, Polish & Spanish etc.) who are hand-picked & selected for the appropriate Domains as per its needs & requirements of every individual Holiday Resort.

Our Own Schools :-

The RAM Universal Academy of Hospitality Management is located in the Thessaloniki, Greece, and teaches students from all nationalities, the essence of hospitality and tourism. These students are also provided to Holiday Resorts world wide, in order to obtain practical knowledge.

Our School of “Animation and Entertainment”, which is located in Rhodos, in Kalithea Mare Hotel, with intensive Courses, produces excellent Animators. These Animators are equipped with the best of knowledge, to handle ALL SITUATIONS in Holiday Resorts.

RAM Universal shall be responsible for the Student’s or the Staff’s

    Registration of Staff or Students
    • Payments to the Staff or Students
    • Insurance for the Staff or Students
    • Over time for the Staff or Students
    • Christmas and Holiday allowances (hotel is “NOT” liable for this payment)
