Animation Seminar - AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

RAM Universal Academy of
Hospitality Management

called hereinafter as

“RAM Universal”

and

Mr. / Ms.: Called “The Student” hereinafter.

1. The Student is freely willing to attend an “On the job Seminar” on Holiday Resort Animation, which is held in Greece by RAM Universal, and shall last for a period of 2 weeks. No payment shall be paid to the student by RAM Universal during this period.

2. RAM Universal shall not charge the Student any amount of money for participating in the Seminar as long as the Student shall collaborate with RAM Universal for the following 6 month season during the year of the seminar.

3. T he Student shall pay a deposit of Euro 150.- for accommodation and the participation in the Seminar. This amount of Euro 150.- shall be reimbursed to the Student “in full” on completion of the 6 month collaboration commitment to follow after the Seminar of that particular year.

4. RAM Universal shall provide the Student with accommodation (room - shared by other participants) for the entire length of time considered necessary by RAM Universal for the Student to complete his/her Seminar.

5. The Student shall bear all other personal expenses such as food, beverage and other personal expenses. It shall be entirely up to RAM Universal to grant the student with food and beverages free of charge during the seminar.

After completion of the Seminar, the Student commits him/herself to collaborate with RAM Universal until the end of the annual season.

7. In case the Student

Does not wish to complete the Seminar.
Does not wish to work for RAM Universal after completion of the Seminar, the Student’s payment of the Euro 150.- shall be considered as a payment for the – Fees for the Seminar, and expenses for the lodging.

8. It is mandatory for the Student to provide the following documents before departure for Greece to the Seminar :-

Appropriate “Full Health Insurance” (including special flights to return to the home country in case of a medical emergency).
Appropriate “Third Party Insurance” against accidental property damage.
A Police Clearance. (Certificate of good conduct)
4 passport size photographs
A Note Book & stationary – for taking notes.

9. The Student agrees that he/she shall not have any piercing in the face or elsewhere on the body, except for a maximum of 3 (three) ear-rings in the ear only for women, and 1 (one) ear-ring in the ear only for male students.

10.The Student agrees that at no time while under contract will he/she shave off his/her hair from the head. A minimum of 1 cm. hair should be on the head at all time.

11.The Student agrees to a dress code of :-

During day time - T-shirt and shorts with sports shoes.
During Evenings - Decent Trousers, Shirt and Decent polished Shoes.

12.It is here by emphasized that at NO TIME shall the Student wear SCRUFFY JEANS or T-shirts in the Evenings, - and shall at NO TIME be seen in his/her Swimming attire or without shoes, during the day (except while performing an event in the pool or Ocean).

13.It is forbidden by all students :-

To loiter within the premises of work.
To swim in the swimming Pool within the premises of work.
To swim in the ocean adjacent to the premises of work.
To lie on sun-beds within the premises of work.

14.The Student agrees to direct all questions with reference to this contract, only to the management of RAM Universal, and shall not attempt to get guidance from, or misguide “any” third party.

15.The Student agrees to the fact that in spite of the provision of the above mentioned documents, if RAM Universal is charged with any expenditure, due to improper coverage of the Insurances, RAM Universal shall be reimbursed with the entire amount, by the Student.
