Information For Staff & Personnel

1. Location of Assignment For Staff and Personnel:-
   The Location and Island of assignment for each Staff and Personnel shall be decided before the contract is signed, after the abilities, languages and qualities of each Staff and Personnel shall been analyzed by the selection Committee of RAM Universal.

2. Languages:-
   The Languages expected to be spoken by the Staff and Personnel, at the location of assignment, shall be mainly English and German. Therefore, although it is not expected for the Staff and Personnel to master the languages "perfectly", it is necessary that the Staff and Personnel is capable of expressing him/herself in these two languages.
   Additional languages mastered by the Staff and Personnel are preferred.

3. Clothes:-
   During the Evening:
   As all the Locations of Assignments for the Staff and Personnel are High Class Entities, it is extremely important that the clothes expected to be worn are "Decent Casuals". It is forbidden to wear a T-shirt, Scruffy Jeans Sneakers or sandals in the evenings. 
   During the day:
   It is expected to wear a T-shirt, decent shorts and sneakers.
   It is forbidden to wear sandals, a Bikini or swimming-trunks, unless an event is being conducted at the pool or in the ocean. Ear-rings shall be worn on "ears" only, and shall not be worn on any other visible part of the body. It is also forbidden to shave off the hair on the head, at any time while under contract.

4. Accommodation:-
   Rooms shall be provided either in or outside the Location of work during the entire period of the contract. These rooms shall be shared with other colleagues, and shall have private facilities for the use of the Staff and Personnel.

5. Duties and Time of Work:-
   The assignments of the Staff and Personnel shall be as per the post applied for.
   The working times shall be flexible as per the needs at the location of assignment, and shall be carried out approximately 8 hours a day.

6. Behaviour:-
   It is expected that the Staff and Personnel behave well, and shall under no circumstances be involved in a confrontation of any sort with any person during the entire period of the contract. It is expected that all confrontations shall be avoided, irrelevant of the fact, as to who is right or wrong.
   UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS IT DESIRED TO FIND ANY STAFF, STUDENT OR PERSONNEL UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL.
   IT IS FORBIDDEN TO CONSUME, RECEIVE OR DEAL IN ANY WAY WITH DRUGS OR ANY INTOXICANTS OF ANY SORT. A violation of this clause is considered "A CRIME" and the individual shall be reported and handed over to the Local Police immediately. 
   
   For the student's own safety, it is agreed by the student that he / she shall not rent any form of 2 wheel motorised vehicle. In case of a violation of this clause, or in case of any accident, a fine could be imposed onto the staff / student.

7. Salaries:-
   Staff and Personnel shall receive their salaries within the 15 Th. day of the following month, in cash or transfer to a local bank in the country where the Hotel is located.

8. Tickets:-
   All flight tickets to and from the destination of work shall be managed as per contract. 

9. Insurances:-
   All insurance, and other documents, as per the contract are to be provided on signing the contract.
