Basic Terms:-

1. The dead-line for completion of this assignment shall be 5 weeks after the entire Material shall be handed over to RAM Universal Studio for Design & Production. A signature will be obtained by the RAM Universal Studio Designer, in order to confirm completion of submission of material, and the start of the 5 week creation period.
2. In case the Client submits additional material after the signed date and final submission as hereunder, there shall be an additional charge as shall be agreed by both parties involved, and RAM Universal Studio reserves the rights to re-commence the 5 week period for the completion of the site.
3. In Case the Client requests an upgrade of services, the price shall be recalculated according to the current pricelist at the time of the change.
4. The Client is solely responsible for the material provided to RAM Universal Studio for the Internet Promotion.
5. RAM Universal Studio accepts no responsibility for the contents of the material provided by the client, including any Copyrights.
6. The Client is responsible for the approval of Designs, Set-ups and proof-reading of the material, before the Website or Banner is Hosted.
