TRAINEE AGREEMENT

called hereinafter as
“RAM Universal”

RAM Universal shall pay the Student a total amount of € __________

(___________________________________) per month as allowance, payable in cash or transfer to a local bank in the country where the Hotel is located, around the 15th. day of the following month, for the entire period of his/her training.
The payment for first time “Animators” with RAM Universal, shall commence after a special training period of 2 weeks. Students in all other domains shall be paid from their first day on commencing their training.
RAM Universal shall provide the Student with accommodation (room - shared by other participants) and 3 daily meals, for the entire length of the training.
RAM Universal shall either pay the student Euro 120,- for the homeward flight if he/she has a return ticket, or shall pay the student Euro 120,- in cash and shall guide the students from where he/she can purchase the homeward ticket at the end of the contract.
The student, if placed in Greece, shall sign a “3 party contract” as per Greek law, which qualifies him/her to be insured by RAM Universal. This insurance shall have a limited coverage for the student, against any accidental injury at work.
The student shall train 8 hours per day 7 days per week, or 9 hours per day 6 days per week, as per the hotel’s requirements. It is up to the Hotel of assignment to decide the day off the week when the student shall have off.
Overtime worked by the student shall be paid in cash to the student, calculated at the end of each calendar month, accumulating the hours that shall be adjusted into working days (8 hours = one working day).
The Student agrees to a dress code of :-

During Working Hours - Uniform as required by the place of work.
During 'Free-time' during the Day – decent T-shirt and shorts or trousers with clean classic or sports shoes.
During Evenings - Decent Trousers, Shirt and decently polished Shoes.
It is here by emphasized that at NO TIME shall the Student wear SCRUFFY JEANS or T-shirts in the Evenings, - and shall at NO TIME be seen in his/her swimming attire or without shoes, during the day - except while performing any activities in the swimming pool or in the ocean.

It is mandatory for the student to bring with him :-
1. 2 White shirts
2. 1 black trousers for men and 1 black skirt for women.
3. 1 pair of flat black shoes
4. 1 pair of formal shoes (closed)
5. A Police Clearance. (Certificate of good conduct)
If the Student misbehaves, or disobeys the Hotel's or RAM Universal’s regulations, this contract shall be considered terminated as of immediate effect.
The Student agrees that he/she shall "NOT"
1. Consume over doses of alcohol or any other sort of intoxicants, or narcotics.
2. Sign contracts with any third party, or take any commissions from anyone, while under contract.
The Student agrees that if he/she wishes to terminate this contract due to an unforeseen emergency, RAM Universal withholds the right to confirm the nature of the emergency, and RAM Universal shall finally decide if this contract may be terminated or not. The Student shall continue to work as usual, until a replacement for him/her is provided.
If the student wishes to terminate the contract and leaves the place of work without any notice or waiting for a replacement to arrive, he / she shall pay a compensation of Euro 500,- for the insurance that shall be paid by RAM Universal for the entire season of the year under contract.
For the student's own safety, it is agreed by the student that he / she shall not rent any form of 2 wheel motorised vehicle. In case of a violation of this clause, or in case of any accident, a fine could be imposed onto the student.
The Student agrees that this contract shall automatically be considered terminated, if the collaborating Holiday Resort terminates its contract with RAM Universal due to unforeseen circumstances.
