"RAM Ltd."

The Entertainer shall collaborate with R. A. Management Co. Ltd.

The duration of this contract is from through to , and the Entertainer asserts that he/she has no obligations to "any" third party through the duration of this contract.
The Entertainer declares that :-
· He/she speaks English and German, good enough to converse "fluently" in these two languages.
· Additional Languages Spoken are
· He/she does not have any contagious illness. .
The duties and work schedule shall be flexible, as per the needs and structural possibilities of the assigned place of work. However, the work shall be performed 7 days weekly, and approximately 8 hours daily.
R. A. Management Co. Ltd. secures the Entertainer
a) Accommodation (room - shared by other colleagues) and 3 daily meals.
b) A monthly payment of Euro_______________ (________________________) payable on the 15th. day of the following month. The payment shall be made in cash or transfer to a local bank in the country where the Hotel is located. .
The Entertainer shall pay his/her own Local Taxes, & Social Securities, as required by his/her government .
It is mandatory for the Entertainer to provide the following documents before departure for the country of assignment :-
· Appropriate "Full Health Insurance" (including special flights to return to the home country in case of a medical emergency) covering the entire duration of this contract.
· Personal Tax Number as Registered at the National Tax Office.
· Appropriate "Third Party Insurance" for the entire period of this contract, against accidental property damage.
· A Police Clearance. (Certificate of good conduct)
· 4 passport size photographs.
The Entertainer agrees to the fact that in spite of the provision of the above mentioned documents, if R. A. Management Co. Ltd. is charged with any expenditure, due to improper coverage of the Insurances, R. A. Management Co. Ltd. shall be reimbursed with the entire amount, by the Entertainer .
The Entertainer agrees that he/she shall not have any piercing in the face or elsewhere on the body, except for a maximum of 3 (three) ear-rings in the ear only for women, and 1 (one) ear-ring in the ear only for male staff.
The Entertainer agrees that at no time while under contract will he/she shave off his/her hair from the head. A minimum of 1 cm. hair should be on the head at all time.
The Entertainer agrees to a dress code of :-
· During Working Hours - Uniform as required by the place of work.
· During 'Free-time' during the Day - T-shirt and shorts with sports shoes.
· During Evenings - Decent Trousers, Shirt and Decent polished Shoes.
It is here by emphasized that at NO TIME shall he/she wear SCRUFFY JEANS or T-shirts in the Evenings, - and shall at NO TIME be seen in his/her Swimming attire or without shoes, during the day.
It is forbidden by all staff :-
· To loiter within the premises of work.
· To swim in the swimming Pool within the premises of work.
· To swim in the ocean adjacent to the premises of work.
· To lie on sun-beds within the premises of work.
The Entertainer agrees to direct all questions with reference to this contract, only to the management of R. A. Management Co. Ltd., and shall not attempt to get guidance from, or misguide "any" third party.
The Entertainer agrees that if he/she wishes to terminate this contract due to an unforeseen emergency, R. A. Management Co. Ltd. withholds the right to confirm the nature of the emergency, and R. A. Management Co. Ltd. shall finally decide if this contract may be terminated or not. The Employee shall to continue work as usual, until a replacement for him/her is provided.
If the Entertainer leaves the Holiday Resort "with" a written permission from R. A. Management Co. Ltd. due to an unforeseen emergency, there shall be "no" fine to be paid by the Employee. In this case, this contract shall mutually be terminated by both parties concerned, with immediate effect. The Employee shall pay for his/her own flight home, and shall compensate R. A. Management Co. Ltd. if any extra expenses are caused, in replacing him/her.
In case the Employee
· leaves the Holiday Resort "without" a written permission from R. A. Management Co. Ltd.,
· Does not carry out his/her assigned duties,
· Is expelled by the Holiday Resort due to misconduct or misguidance through false information provided prior to signing this agreement
The Entertainer accepts to pay R. A. Management Co. Ltd. a fine of US.$. 1.000,--. The contract shall be terminated with immediate effect.
In case the Entertainer stops working for any reason, due to which R. A. Management Co. Ltd. may have to undergo any financial losses, the Entertainer agrees to reimburse R. A. Management Co. Ltd. with an equivalent deprivation.
The Entertainer agrees that this contract shall automatically be considered terminated, if the collaborating Holiday Resort terminates its contract with R. A. Management Co. Ltd. due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Entertainer agrees that he/she shall "NOT"
a) Have any personal relationships with other staff, guests or outsiders at the location of the Hotel.
b) Consume over doses of alcohol or any other sort of intoxicants, or narcotics,
c) Discuss any matters pertaining to other Animators with anyone,
d) Sign contracts with any third party, or take any commissions from anyone, while under contract, and a violation of this clause shall result in the immediate termination of his/her contract, and a fine of US.$. 1.000,--
e) Collaborate for the next 5 years, directly with the Firms / Companies / Resorts, that R. A. Management Co. Ltd. has placed the Animator during the duration of this agreement.
For the Entertainer's own safety and welfare, it is agreed by the Entertainer that he/she shall not leave the assigned premises for more than 24 hrs. without informing the Hotel in writing, as to where he/she could be contacted. If this clause is violated, and if there is any inconvenience caused to the Entity of collaboration or anyone concerned, the Entertainer shall bear the consequences.

This contract is based upon the Cyprus law, and If there is any disagreement between the two parties concerning the signed contract, the parties will apply to the courts in Greece.
